I support families in the postpartum period with newborn care, lactation and feeding guidance, sleep support, emotional care, and gentle recovery practices like Rebozo. Postpartum can feel overwhelming and like a journey of self-reflection. My goal is to lighten your daily load, answer your questions, and create a calm space for bonding and healing—both physical and emotional. I’m here to be part of your tribe.

🤍Locations: Postpartum care is available in-person or online, with flexible bundles that offer a softer hourly rate and can be scheduled over different days.

Please note that if you request an in-home service, a transportation fee of $0.575 per kilometer will apply (payable via PayPal or Wave), in accordance with Appendix A: CRA Kilometric Rates.
