Postpartum Doula

I support families in the postpartum period with newborn care, lactation and feeding guidance, implementation of routines, emotional support, and gentle recovery practices such as Rebozo, light recovery exercises, and non-judgmental lostening. My goal is to lighten your daily load, answer your questions, and create a calm space for bonding and healing—both physical and emotional. My postpartum support focuses on nurturing care for both mom and baby, supporting older siblings, and helping the whole family adapt and thrive together as a team.
