Welcome to Nohana. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline our policies regarding returns, refunds, shipping, cancellations, and the use of personal inclusions in our handcrafted jewelry.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because each keepsake is uniquely handcrafted with your precious inclusions, we are unable to offer refunds. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or modifications.
Each piece of jewelry is one of a kind and may present natural variations such as creamy tones, tiny air bubbles, uneven edges, or specks from your inclusions. These are not defects, but part of what makes your keepsake meaningful.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. If production has already started, 50% of the fee will be charged to cover materials and costs.
We’re unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours.
Change Orders
If you wish to change your order, please email hellonohana@gmail.com, changes depend on the production stage and jewelry selected.
A $5 change fee applies, plus any price difference if the new item is more expensive.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 4–6 weeks for your keepsake to be created and shipped once your inclusions are received. This timeframe is not fixed and may vary.
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for shipping their inclusions to us, following the provided instructions.
Finished keepsakes are shipped with a tracking number for peace of mind.
Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and cannot be guaranteed.
Care & Materials
All inclusions are treated with love, care, and the utmost respect.
Over time, resin and natural inclusions may evolve in appearance, adding uniqueness to your piece.
Over time, 925 sterling silver may naturally change in appearance due to the copper content in the alloy, and like most metals, it can tarnish. Please follow the care instructions provided to extend the life and beauty of your jewelry.
Privacy
All personal materials and order details are carefully matched and protected. Your privacy is respected at every stage of the process.
Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, photos, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nohana and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site implies agreement.
