Birth & Labor Doula

I am a trained birth doula through DONA International, with additional Water Birth Training. I am also a lactation consultant and hold a Montessori certification, allowing me to support families not only through birth and feeding journeys, but also through gentle parenting and nurturing approaches for older children. My passion is to walk alongside families with warmth, understanding, and evidence-based care through every stage of parenthood.

I offer personalized support during labor and birth, providing calm presence, comfort measures, and guidance for you and your partner. My availability is limited and depends on scheduling (hence the fee), but I partner with other amazing doulas to make sure we cover all your procees. Feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready. I'm here to gently support you in whatever way feels right for your journey.

Please note that if you request an in-home service, a transportation fee of $0.575 per kilometer may apply (payable via PayPal or Wave), in accordance with Appendix A: CRA Kilometric Rates.
