A 2.5-hour masterclass that gives you everything you need to prepare as a couple for birth and postpartum.
You’ll learn how to recognize when labor begins, understand its stages, and know when it’s the right time to go to the hospital, to call your doula or midwife. Together, you’ll practice effective positions, breathing techniques, and traditional Mexican rebozo ways to bring comfort and support during labor.

This class strengthens your bond as a couple and we will also talk about the sacred postpartum period to be prepared.

We’ll close with a tender ceremony to honor your partnership, your baby, and the journey ahead. You’ll also leave with materials to read, exercises to keep practicing at home, and a very special little keepsake to carry with you into this new chapter.
