Rebozo Hip Closing (Mexican Traditional)

A deeply nurturing ritual rooted in Mexican tradition. This experience lasts 1 hour plus 15 minutes of gentle preparation, allowing you to ease into the ceremony. You’ll begin by enjoying a traditional herbal tea, used by Indigenous Mexican women, while your feet soak in warm water, helping you ground and reconnect with the Earth.

The session continues with the Cerrado de Caderas con Rebozo (Hip Closing), a sacred practice designed to bring balance, closure, and deep relaxation to body and spirit.

Recommended after the first 40 days of postpartum (cuarentena).
