Because each piece of jewelry is handcrafted using personal inclusions such as breastmilk, umbilical cord, placenta, ashes, or other natural elements, each piece is truly one of a kind. By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products:

We do not offer refunds: kindly note that because each keepsake is uniquely handcrafted with your precious inclusions, we are unable to offer refunds.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or modifications.
Each piece of jewelry is unique and may present natural variations such as creamy tones, tiny air bubbles, uneven edges, or specks from your inclusions. These are not defects but part of what makes your keepsake special and meaningful.
Using natural materials with resin preserves unique textures, colors, and tones.

Return Policy

What if I receive my jewelry and I'm not satisfied?
We are very sorry if something about your jewelry doesn’t meet your expectations. Please remember:

Each piece is handmade, and no two are exactly alike.

Despite our utmost care and dedication, slight imperfections may occur, as organic inclusions are delicate by nature.

Characteristics are determined by your own milk, ashes, or inclusions—making every keepsake deeply personal and unique.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase. However, if production has already started, 50% of the fee will be charged to cover materials and production costs.

We’re unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours.

Change Orders

If you wish to change your order, please email hellonohana@gmail.com with your request. Changes depend on the production stage and jewelry piece selected.

A $5 change fee applies, plus any price difference only if the new item is more expensive.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your keepsake to be created and shipped once your inclusions are received. This timeframe is not fixed and may vary.

Shipping & Handling

Each keepsake is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number for peace of mind.

Customers are responsible for shipping their inclusions to us. Instructions are provided after your order is placed—please check your email. 

Privacy & Care

All inclusions are treated with love, care, and the utmost respect.

Personal materials are carefully matched with your order number and name.

Care instructions are provided with your finished package to ensure your jewelry stays beautiful for years to come.

Over time, subtle changes may occur due to the organic nature of the materials and resin, adding even more sentimental value to your piece. 

Over time, 925 sterling silver may naturally change in appearance due to the copper content in the alloy, and like most metals, it can tarnish. Please make sure to follow the care instructions provided to help your jewelry last longer and preserve its beauty.

Intellectual Property

All jewelry designs, photos, logos, and other intellectual property on our website belong solely to Nohana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Please review this page periodically.
